These small group classes provide you with the knowledge and understanding of how mind and eating habits are linked and empowers you to tap into your own inner skills and resources to start making small practical steps to achieve your goals.  

Week by week we recap and build on this knowledge. Each hour-long class covers: 

1. Understanding how the mind works in relation to eating habits and why our minds allow us to eat too much, even though we know it is bad for us.
2. Personal goal setting and visualisation
3. Relaxation 

An MP3 download will be provided at the end of the first session to help you to relax between classes. 

Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process using a combination of psychotherapy techniques and hypnotherapy, which empowers you to visualise your preferred future, relax deeply and tap into your subconscious mind to start making positive changes for your benefit.
