Hello, I’m Claire and I am an Online Solution Focussed Hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing teacher.

In our first session we will talk about your goals and what you want to achieve. Underpinned by neuroscience, I help you to understand how your mind works to give you greater clarity and awareness over your thoughts and behaviours. This understanding helps you to begin to take back control of your thoughts and get you to where you want to be.
In the following sessions we will use a combination of talking therapies (psychotherapy) and hypnotherapy to help your reduce stress, start focusing on the positives and start making changes towards to future you want.
Hypnotherapy is just a relaxed state of focussed concentration, it is not something that is ‘done to’ you, and all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. There will be no 'looking into my eyes' or pocket watch waiving, just me guiding you into a lovely relaxed state. When in this state we have access to the subconscious mind which helps you to think differently about the problems you want to overcome.
There is no need to go back over traumas or for you to feel at all uncomfortable, we focus on the positive aspects in your life and what you want your life to be like.
I specialise entirely in Online hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home.
Instead of spending time traveling to a clinic, you can enjoy more time for yourself or squeeze in an appointment at a more convenient time.
You’ll be able to enjoy the sessions (mask free) from your favourite chair or cosy bed, in your comfy slippers or even your dressing gown (I don’t mind!) ) and when you are so beautifully relaxed at the end of the session you don’t even have to go anywhere.

Phobias can be really limiting. They can cause us to avoid situations, lead to panic attacks and can greatly impact our lives. Our 4 session phobia package will help you to take control and conquer your phobia.
If you are ready to stop smoking once and for all, we offer a 2 hour, one-off stop smoking session to empower you to stop smoking completely and for good.
In addition to our 1:2:1 services we also offer 4 week group classes to help with breaking the cycle of thoughts and behaviours that lead to us eating more than we should.
45 minute group classes, combine positive discussion, visualisation and relaxation to relieve stress and anxiety, and help you to relax and re-focus.
