When life gives you lemons......become a hypnotherapist!

Hello I am Claire and I am the clinical hypnotherapist here at BrightStar Hypnotherapy. I am married to Andrew and Mummy to my amazing little boy Oscar.

I went straight into the corporate world following university and after an 18-year career I was faced with the prospect of redundancy. Rather than see this as a disaster, I decide to take stock and concentrate on what is really important to me.  I wanted to  have more time to spend with my family and to do a job which I truly enjoy and gets to make a tangible difference to people’s lives.

So, I made the massive leap to re-train as a Hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator. I found a course to train to become a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with the prestigious Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training school which was starting in a few weeks, and have not looked back since.

I am really passionate about the benefits of hypnotherapy and positive difference this has made to my clients’ lives. I used HypnoBirthing when having my son and can honestly say it was the best thing I could have done to prepare for the birth and will extol the virtues of Hypnotherapy and HypnoBirthing to anyone who asks (and those who don’t!).

I am really excited about the future and the chance to help many more people to make positive changes in so many ways. I look forward to meeting you so please do get in touch.
