About ME

Hello,

 I’m Claire and I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, Hypno4Children practioner and Hypnobirthing teacher.

I'm married to Andrew and Mummy to my wonderful and energetic little boy Oscar. I have lunatic Cocker Spaniel called Norbert and an old lady cat called Phoebe. I’m at my happiest spending time with my family, whether that be relaxed weekends, big adventures or just cwtched up in front of the TV.

After working in the corporate world for 18 years, I was offered redundancy. With a pre-school child I decided this was the opportunity to change career and have more time to focus on family.

Having used Hypnobirthing for the birth of Oscar I knew first-hand the how powerful the mind can be when used in a positive focussed way and had a thirst and passion to learn more about the power of hypnotherapy. However, as a fulltime working mum, I had not until this point considered this as career but with that spark of interest and a new focus, I began to research training.

It would seem that the stars were aligning for me as I soon found a course  to train in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with the prestigious Clifton Practice that was beginning in just a few weeks. After the first day I was hooked, and a year later ‘BrightStar’ Hypnotherapy was born.

I am really passionate about the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I absolutely love what I do and feel privileged that I get to help people everyday to break free from their fears or negative thinking and get their lives back.
